My name is Andras Keleti. I am a psychologist and cognitive hypnotherapist. I provide individual therapy for people who feel stuck with a personal problem, who feel inhibited by some difficulty, or just feel the need to improve themselves in certain areas of their lives.
My general aim is to help clients reinforce and act on their personal values and life-philosophies, so that their actions and feelings in everyday life will reflect what is important and rewarding for them, not what is restraining them. We can’t avoid bad days and bad feelings, but we can avoid getting stuck in them and letting them blur our focus on living life along our values and priorities. My goal is to assist clients in keeping this focus (that is always highly personal) and explore how we can deal with the things that sometimes make it difficult to pursue these personal priorities.
The most important thing I have learned from my work experience in psychiatric rehabilitation is the astounding capacity of human beings to adapt, to improve themselves, to find meaning and pleasure, notwithstanding illness and serious past adversities. In my work, I aim to build upon this intrinsic capacity and provide clients with psychological tools they can use whenever in life they face challenges and feel the need to access their resources to help themselves.

Anna Ryan
Cognitive Hypnotherapist (Dip.CBH)
My name is Anna R
Instead of limiting the therapy to a single aspect of the problem, I adopt a holistic approach and aim to address my clients’ issues in its complexity. Making positive changes in one area can have a significant trickle-down effect and benefit other areas of life as well.
I never considered myself a person who likes performing or speaking in front of a large audience, and I felt strong anxiety when I had to do so. This is why taking part in an international debating competition was such a transformative experience for me. I didn’t just learn to outbrave my fears, but also made me a more confident person – and brought me the victory in the end. During this journey I learned a lot about myself and about the power that lies in the combination of the right mindset and a strong will.
I am dedicated to showing you how much is possible just by using the power of your mind.
