I’m both grateful and a little overwhelmed to finally share this: my new book, The Sensitive Overthinker’s Path, is out now on Amazon.
This project has been in the making for a good while now. It grew out of real therapy conversations — moments when people said things like “I know I think too much, but I can’t turn it off,” or “I want to let go of this constant worrying
The book tells the stories of three clients — Emma, Marcus, and Lara — as they learn to work with their sensitive, analytical minds instead of fighting them. Each story explores a different pattern of overthinking, and how worry can turn from an enemy into a teacher when we meet it with curiosity instead of fear.
If you’ve ever felt like your caring, thinking mind gets in its own way, this book is for you.
It’s not about silencing your thoughts — it’s about discovering how to relate to them differently, with clarity and self-respect.
👉 The Sensitive Overthinker’s Path is now available worldwide on Amazon — in eBook, paperback and hardcover.
